广东省细胞与基因治疗技术产教融合创新平台

一、平台概况

2025年10月,以深圳职业技术大学食品药品学院为依托单位的“广东省细胞与基因治疗技术产教融合创新平台”,经广东省教育厅批准正式设立。平台科研硬件完备,配备细胞培养室、生物反应器、全自动生化分析仪、实时荧光定量PCR仪、高分辨共聚焦显微镜、流式细胞分选仪、细胞能量代谢分析仪,分子间相互作用仪、蛋白质纯化仪、多功能酶标仪、基因测序仪、凝胶成像仪、小动物活体成像仪等先进检测分析与研发仪器设备,具备扎实的科研与服务基础。

二、平台定位

平台紧扣国家创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享新发展理念,对标广东省培育未来生命健康产业集群、深圳市加快发展新质生产力及“20+8”产业集群建设战略要求,立足粤港澳大湾区生物医药产业发展优势,瞄准细胞与基因治疗技术国际前沿和我省产业发展关键需求,聚焦细胞培养、基因编辑、靶向递送、细胞与基因治疗产品质量控制及成果转化等核心领域,深化产教融合、科教融汇,整合高校教学资源与行业企业产业资源,开展高水平应用基础研究、关键核心技术攻关与技术技能人才培养,着力破解产业“卡脖子”技术瓶颈、补齐技术技能人才短板,推动科研成果向产业转化、行业标准向教学标准落地,服务我省细胞与基因治疗产业高质量发展,为粤港澳大湾区生命健康产业集群建设、新质生产力培育提供坚实的技术支撑和人才保障。

三、主要研究方向

平台紧扣细胞与基因治疗技术(CGT)产业发展关键需求,围绕细胞规模化培养与质量控制、基因治疗靶向递送与载体优化、免疫细胞治疗技术创新与实体瘤突破三大核心方向开展基础与应用基础研究,以技术创新推动关键工艺突破与产品迭代,研发智能化细胞制造工艺、高效安全基因递送系统、精准免疫细胞治疗产品,为细胞与基因治疗产业规模化、标准化、高端化发展提供技术支撑与创新保障。平台以产业需求为导向,联合行业企业共同开发适配产业需求的课程体系与教学资源,建立适配产业发展的技能人才评价体系,培养兼具理论知识与实践能力的高素质技术技能人才。

I. Platform Overview

In October 2025, the "Guangdong Provincial Cell and Gene Therapy Technology Industry-Education Integration Innovation Platform", with the College of Food and Pharmaceutical Sciences of Shenzhen Polytechnic University as the supporting unit, was officially established upon approval by the Department of Education of Guangdong Province. The platform is equipped with complete scientific research hardware, including advanced detection, analysis and R&D instruments and equipment such as cell culture rooms, bioreactors, automatic biochemical analyzers, real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR instruments, high-resolution confocal microscopes, flow cytometers, cell energy metabolism analyzers, intermolecular interaction instruments, protein purification instruments, multi-functional microplate readers, gene sequencers, gel imaging systems, and small animal in vivo imaging systems, laying a solid foundation for scientific research and services.

II. Platform Positioning

Adhering to the national new development concepts of innovation, coordination, green development, openness, and sharing, the platform aligns with the strategic requirements of Guangdong Province for cultivating the future life and health industry cluster, and Shenzhen City for accelerating the development of new quality productive forces and constructing the "20+8" industrial cluster. Based on the advantages of the biomedical industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, it focuses on the international frontier of cell and gene therapy technology and the key needs of the province's industrial development. Centering on core fields such as cell culture, gene editing, targeted delivery, quality control of cell and gene therapy products, and achievement transformation, the platform deepens industry-education integration and science-education integration, integrates university teaching resources with industrial resources of enterprises in the industry, and carries out high-level applied basic research, key core technology research, and technical and skilled talent training. It strives to solve the "bottleneck" technical problems in the industry, make up for the shortage of technical and skilled talents, promote the transformation of scientific research achievements into industrial applications and the implementation of industry standards into teaching standards, serve the high-quality development of the province's cell and gene therapy industry, and provide solid technical support and talent guarantee for the construction of the life and health industry cluster in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the cultivation of new quality productive forces.

III. Main Research Directions

Focusing on the key needs of the cell and gene therapy (CGT) industry development, the platform carries out basic and applied basic research around three core directions: large-scale cell culture and quality control, targeted delivery and vector optimization of gene therapy, and innovation of immune cell therapy technology and breakthrough in solid tumors. It promotes key process breakthroughs and product iteration through technological innovation, develops intelligent cell manufacturing processes, efficient and safe gene delivery systems, and precise immune cell therapy products, and provides technical support and innovation guarantee for the large-scale, standardized and high-end development of the cell and gene therapy industry. Guided by industrial needs, the platform jointly develops curriculum systems and teaching resources suitable for industrial needs with enterprises in the industry, establishes a skilled talent evaluation system adapted to industrial development, and cultivates high-quality technical and skilled talents with both theoretical knowledge and practical capabilities.
