深圳市特医食品工程研究中心

一、平台概况

2023年,深圳市特医食品工程研究中心依托深圳职业技术大学食品药品学院,经深圳市发展和改革委员会批准正式设立,是集特殊医学用途配方食品研发、技术服务、成果转化、人才培养于一体的综合性创新服务平台。平台科研硬件完善,配备液相色谱三重四极杆质谱联用仪、四极杆飞行时间质谱仪、三合一超高分辨质谱仪等国际先进分析检测仪器,为特医食品研发提供坚实硬件支撑。

二、平台定位

平台紧扣国家大健康产业发展战略,对标粤港澳大湾区特医食品产业高质量发展需求,瞄准特医食品研发领域技术前沿与产业痛点,聚焦肿瘤、糖尿病等特定疾病全营养配方食品研发,兼顾多类特定人群特医食品领域拓展。依托多学科交叉优势,突破特医食品研发关键技术,深化产学研协同,提供技术服务、成果转化与人才培养一体化支撑,助力我国特医食品产业规范化、创新化发展,增强产业核心竞争力。

三、主要研究方向

实验室围绕特医食品全链条研发与服务需求,聚焦三大核心方向开展研究,以技术创新赋能产业发展:

1特医食品配方研发与优化:利用大数据与人工智能算法评估特定人群营养需求,设计、优化个性化配方,构建营养需求数据库,重点攻克肿瘤、糖尿病全营养配方研发难题。

2生产工艺与质量评价研究:研究干法、液体工艺稳定性,优化生产工艺条件;建立营养成分充足性、安全性及功效评价体系,依托先进检测设备保障产品质量。

3技术服务与成果转化:为企业、科研机构提供技术委托、合作研发、咨询等服务,参与特医食品标准研制修订,推动科研成果产业化,同时开展专业人才培养,助力产业提质升级。

I. Platform Overview

Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Fermentation, Refining and Detection Systems was established under the approval of relevant authorities, relying on the School of Food and Pharmaceutical Engineering of Shenzhen Polytechnic University. It is a comprehensive innovation service platform integrating research and development of foods for special medical purposes (FSMP), technical services, achievement transformation and talent cultivation.

The platform is well-equipped with advanced scientific instruments and equipment with a total value of 20.498 million yuan, including liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, homogenizers and other devices. An additional investment of 5 million yuan is planned for the procurement and upgrading of equipment in the future, providing solid hardware support for the research and development of foods for special medical purposes.

II. Platform Orientation

In line with the national strategy for the development of the great health industry, and benchmarking the demands for high-quality development of the food industry for special medical purposes in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the platform targets the cutting-edge technologies and industrial pain points in the research and development of foods for special medical purposes. It focuses on the research and development of complete nutritional formula foods for specific diseases such as tumors and diabetes, while expanding into the field of foods for special medical purposes for various specific populations.

Relying on the advantages of interdisciplinary integration, the platform strives to break through key technologies in the research and development of foods for special medical purposes, deepen industry-university-research collaboration, and provide integrated support for technical services, achievement transformation and talent cultivation. It helps promote the standardized and innovative development of China's food industry for special medical purposes and enhance the core competitiveness of the industry.

III. Main Research Directions

Centering on the whole-chain research, development and service demands of foods for special medical purposes, the laboratory carries out research in three core directions, empowering industrial development through technological innovation:

Research, Development and Optimization of FSMP FormulationsUsing big data and artificial intelligence algorithms to evaluate the nutritional needs of specific populations, design and optimize personalized formulations, and construct a nutritional demand database, with a focus on overcoming key problems in the research and development of complete nutritional formulas for tumors and diabetes.

Research on Production Processes and Quality EvaluationStudy the stability of dry and liquid processes and optimize process conditions; establish an evaluation system for nutritional adequacy, safety and efficacy, and ensure product quality relying on advanced testing equipment.

Technical Services and Achievement TransformationProvide entrusted technical research, cooperative research and development, consulting and other services for enterprises and research institutions; participate in the formulation and revision of standards for foods for special medical purposes; promote the industrialization of scientific research achievements; and carry out professional talent training to support the quality improvement and upgrading of the industry.
