2023年11月,深圳职业技术大学与深圳市市场监督管理局签署合作框架协议,共建深圳市食品高质量发展研究院。平台充分发挥双方优势,加强政产学研检合作,加速产教融合、科教融汇,实现双赢共享,助力深圳市食品高质量发展。平台科研硬件完备,配备超高效液相色谱仪、液相色谱串联质谱仪、气相色谱仪、气相色谱串联质谱仪、高分辨质谱仪等先进检测分析与研发仪器设备,具备扎实的科研与服务基础。
二、平台定位
平台紧扣国家创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享新发展理念,对标科技强国建设与区域高质量发展战略要求,瞄准国际学科前沿和国家重大关键技术需求,聚焦食品安全和精准营养领域开展高水平基础研究与应用基础研究,着力突破关键核心技术,服务国家食品安全战略和健康中国战略,为食品产业高质量发展提供坚实科技支撑。
三、主要研究方向
平台围绕食品安全检测新技术、食品安全智慧监管技术、新型营养健康食品研发等开展基础与应用基础研究,以理论创新推动关键核心技术突破,研发新型检测技术、新型净化材料、快检试剂、快检设备、智慧监管平台、特殊医学用途配方食品、保健食品等,为食品安全监管和营养健康管理行业高质量发展提供技术支撑与创新保障。

I. Platform Overview
In November 2023, Shenzhen Polytechnic University and Shenzhen Administration for Market Regulation signed a cooperation framework agreement to jointly establish the Shenzhen Food High-Quality Development Research Institute. The platform leverages the strengths of both parties, strengthens collaboration among government, industry, academia, research institutions, and testing organizations, accelerates the integration of industry and education as well as the convergence of science and education, achieves win-win sharing, and supports the high-quality development of Shenzhen's food industry. The platform is well-equipped with advanced scientific research hardware, including UPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC, GC-MS/MS, high-resolution mass spectrometers, and other cutting-edge analytical and R&D instruments, providing a solid foundation for scientific research and services.
II. Platform Positioning
Aligned with the national new development philosophy of innovation, coordination, green development, openness, and sharing, the platform benchmarks against the requirements of building a world leader in science and technology and regional high-quality development strategies. It targets international disciplinary frontiers and major national key technical needs, focusing on high-level basic and applied research in food safety and precision nutrition. The platform strives to break through key core technologies, serve the national food safety strategy and Healthy China strategy, and provide solid scientific and technological support for the high-quality development of the food industry.
III. Main Research Directions
The platform conducts basic and applied research on new technologies for food safety testing, intelligent food safety supervision technologies, and R&D of novel nutritional and healthy foods. It drives breakthroughs in key core technologies through theoretical innovation, developing new detection technologies, new purification materials, rapid test reagents, rapid testing equipment, intelligent supervision platforms, foods for special medical purposes, and health foods. These efforts provide technical support and innovation guarantees for the high-quality development of food safety supervision and nutrition health management industries.
