国家荔枝龙眼现代农业产业技术体系深圳综合试验站

一、平台概况

2009年，以深圳职业技术大学为依托单位的国家荔枝龙眼现代农业产业技术体系深圳综合试验站，经农业农村部科技教育司批准正式设立。

平台深度整合学校优质资源，聚焦荔枝、龙眼产业全产业链发展需求，构建了集共性关键技术研发、成果集成示范、产业信息服务、技术培训推广于一体的综合服务体系，具备从品种选育、种植管护到精深加工、文创开发、产业规划的全链条技术支撑能力。平台服务覆盖深圳、东莞、惠州、汕头等珠三角及粤东地区，辐射荔枝、龙眼产业种植面积约145.29万亩（其中荔枝104.71万亩、龙眼40.58万亩），扎根产业一线16年，成为区域荔枝龙眼产业技术进步与升级发展的核心支撑力量。

二、平台定位

平台紧扣国家乡村振兴战略与农业现代化发展要求，对标农业产业高质量发展与一二三产融合的战略目标，立足珠三角、辐射粤东荔枝龙眼主产区，瞄准产业发展中的核心技术瓶颈与产业升级需求，聚焦荔枝龙眼品种改良、绿色种植、精深加工、产业融合四大核心领域开展应用研究与技术攻关。

平台以产业需求为导向，以多学科资源整合为支撑，着力突破荔枝龙眼产季集中、保鲜困难、加工技术滞后、产业附加值低等关键问题，推动农业与科技、生态、加工、文创、休闲观光的跨界融合，构建荔枝龙眼产业全产业链创新发展新模式，为区域荔枝龙眼产业的规模化、标准化、品牌化发展提供全方位的技术支撑、人才培养与决策咨询服务，助力农业产业提质增效、农民增收致富，为乡村振兴战略落地实施提供坚实的产业与科技保障。

三、主要研究方向

实验室围绕荔枝龙眼产业全产业链发展需求，聚焦三大核心方向开展基础与应用研究，以技术创新推动产业关键瓶颈突破，以成果转化助力产业融合升级，为珠三角及粤东荔枝龙眼产业高质量发展提供全维度技术支撑与创新保障：

1、优质品种选育与绿色种植技术研究：开展荔枝龙眼新品种引进、筛选与优株选育，研发绿色防控、标准化栽培、产期调控等先进种植技术，集成示范优质高效种植模式，解决产业品种单一、种植管理粗放、病虫害防控难等问题，提升鲜果产量与品质。

2、精深加工技术与质量控制研究：针对荔枝龙眼鲜销压力大、加工技术滞后等产业痛点，开展精深加工产品研发与工艺优化，重点研究鲜果贮藏保鲜技术、食品类加工制品开发、功能性成分提取与利用，同时对加工装备、质量标准、成分功能与作用机理进行深度研究，推动产业加工环节提质升级。

3、产业融合发展与品牌价值提升研究：以提升荔枝龙眼产业附加值为核心，研发荔枝龙眼文创产品，开发果园休闲观光功能，整合多学科资源开展产业规划、品牌打造、市场推广研究，探索“农业 + 加工 + 文创 + 旅游”的一二三产融合发展新模式，同时构建产业信息服务体系，为政府决策与产业发展提供专业咨询。

I. Platform Overview

In 2009, Shenzhen Comprehensive Experimental Station of the National Modern Agricultural Industry Technology System for Litchi and Longan, relying on Shenzhen Polytechnic, was officially established upon the approval of the Department of Science, Technology and Education of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

The platform has deeply integrated the high-quality resources of the university, focused on the development needs of the entire industrial chain of litchi and longan industries, and constructed a comprehensive service system integrating the R&D of common and key technologies, integration and demonstration of achievements, industrial information services, and technical training and promotion. It has formed a full-chain technical support capability covering variety breeding, planting and management, intensive processing, cultural and creative product development, and industrial planning. The platform serves the Pearl River Delta and eastern Guangdong regions including Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou and Shantou, radiating a planting area of about 145,290 mu for litchi and longan industries (104,710 mu for litchi and 40,580 mu for longan). Rooted in the front line of the industry for 16 years, it has become a core supporting force for the technological progress and upgrading of the regional litchi and longan industries.

II. Platform Orientation

Aligning with the national rural revitalization strategy and the development requirements of agricultural modernization, and benchmarking the strategic goals of high-quality development of the agricultural industry and the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries, the platform is rooted in the Pearl River Delta and radiates the main litchi and longan producing areas in eastern Guangdong. It focuses on the core technological bottlenecks and industrial upgrading needs in industrial development, and carries out applied research and technological research in four core fields: variety improvement, green planting, intensive processing and industrial integration of litchi and longan.

Guided by industrial demand and supported by the integration of multidisciplinary resources, the platform strives to break through key problems such as concentrated production seasons, difficult preservation, lagging processing technologies and low industrial added value of litchi and longan. It promotes the cross-border integration of agriculture with science and technology, ecology, processing, cultural creativity and leisure tourism, and constructs a new model for the innovative development of the entire industrial chain of litchi and longan industries. The platform provides all-round technical support, talent training and decision-making consulting services for the large-scale, standardized and branded development of the regional litchi and longan industries, helps improve the quality and efficiency of the agricultural industry and increase farmers' income, and lays a solid industrial and technological foundation for the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy.

III. Main Research Directions

Focusing on the development needs of the entire industrial chain of litchi and longan industries, the station carries out basic and applied research in three core directions, drives the breakthrough of key industrial bottlenecks through technological innovation, and boosts the integration and upgrading of the industry through achievement transformation, so as to provide all-dimensional technical support and innovation guarantee for the high-quality development of litchi and longan industries in the Pearl River Delta and eastern Guangdong:

1. Research on Breeding of High-quality Varieties and Green Planting TechnologiesCarry out the introduction, screening and elite individual plant selection of new litchi and longan varieties, research and develop advanced planting technologies such as green prevention and control, standardized cultivation and production period regulation, and integrate and demonstrate high-quality and efficient planting models. It aims to solve the problems of single industrial varieties, extensive planting management and difficult pest and disease control, and improve the yield and quality of fresh fruits.

2. Research on Intensive Processing Technologies and Quality ControlAddressing the industrial pain points such as huge pressure on fresh sales and lagging processing technologies of litchi and longan, carry out the R&D of intensive processing products and process optimization, with a focus on the research of fresh fruit preservation technologies, development of food processing products, and extraction and utilization of functional components. Meanwhile, conduct in-depth research on processing equipment, quality standards, component functions and action mechanisms to promote the quality improvement and upgrading of the industrial processing link.

3. Research on Industrial Integrated Development and Brand Value EnhancementWith the core of improving the added value of the litchi and longan industries, research and develop cultural and creative products of litchi and longan, and exploit the leisure and sightseeing functions of orchards. Integrate multidisciplinary resources to conduct research on industrial planning, brand building and market promotion, and explore a new development model of the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries featuring "Agriculture + Processing + Cultural Creativity + Tourism". Meanwhile, construct an industrial information service system to provide professional consulting for government decision-making and industrial development.
