一、平台概况

深圳市生化分析检测技术公共服务平台依托深圳职业技术大学食品药品学院,于2011年经深圳市发展和改革委员会批准正式设立,该平台聚焦食品药品检测分析、技术研发与产业服务。实验室配备一批国际先进的分析检测与研发仪器设备,包括Thermo Orbitrap Eclipse 三合一超高分辨质谱、SCIEX ZenoTOF7600 四极杆飞行时间质谱仪、SCIEX 6500+ 三重四极杆质谱、珀金埃尔默 NexION 1000G 电感耦合等离子体质谱联用仪等核心设备。实验室具备成熟的检测方法开发能力,构建了完善的分析测试与科研服务体系,为科研攻关、产业发展提供坚实的硬件支撑与技术保障。

二、平台定位

实验室紧扣国家高质量发展与食品安全战略要求,对标粤港澳大湾区食品药品产业创新发展与质量管控需求,立足深圳、辐射湾区,瞄准食品药品检测分析领域的技术前沿与产业实际需求,聚焦食品药品质量安全检测、检测方法创新研发、生物分析技术研究等核心方向开展应用研究与技术服务。以高端仪器设备为基础,以专业技术团队为支撑,着力打造集权威检测服务、技术研发创新、人才培养培训于一体的综合性平台,既为政府监管、科研工作提供精准的分析检测数据支撑,也为产业发展解决质量检测、技术攻关等实际问题,助力食品药品产业质量提升与创新发展,为大湾区食品药品安全保障与产业高质量发展提供坚实的科技支撑与专业服务。

三、主要研究方向

实验室围绕食品药品检测分析与产业技术服务核心需求,聚焦三大方向开展技术研发与服务工作:

1、食品药品质量安全检测技术研究与服务:聚焦食品/ 药品中有害物质、有机污染物、病原微生物、重金属、农药残留等关键检测指标,开展精准、高效的分析测试服务,为食品药品生产、流通、监管环节提供权威的质量检测数据,保障食品药品质量安全。

2、检测方法开发与技术创新:针对食品药品检测领域的新需求、新指标,开展检测方法的研发、优化与验证工作,重点攻克高灵敏度、高特异性的质谱检测方法、快速检测技术等,推动食品药品检测技术的升级与创新。

3、生物分析与组学技术研究:开展蛋白质组学、代谢组学、细胞分析、生物信息分析等方面的研究与技术服务,为生物制药、功能性食品研发等领域提供从样品分析到数据解析的全流程技术支撑,助力生物医药与大健康产业的创新研发。

I. Platform Overview

In 2011, Shenzhen Public Service Platform for Biochemical Analysis and Detection Technology, relying on the School of Food and Pharmaceutical Engineering of Shenzhen Polytechnic, was officially established with the approval of Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission. The platform focuses on food and pharmaceutical detection and analysis, technological research and development, as well as industrial services. It is equipped with a range of internationally advanced analytical, detection and R&D instruments and equipment, including core facilities such as Thermo Orbitrap Eclipse Trihybrid High-Resolution Mass Spectrometer, SCIEX ZenoTOF 7600 Quadrupole Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometer, SCIEX 6500+ Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer and PerkinElmer NexION 1000G Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer. Endowed with mature capabilities in the development of detection methods, the platform has constructed a comprehensive system of analytical testing and scientific research services, providing solid hardware support and technical guarantee for scientific research and industrial development.

II. Platform Orientation

Aligning with the national strategies for high-quality development and food safety, and benchmarking the demands for innovative development and quality control of the food and pharmaceutical industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the platform is rooted in Shenzhen and radiates across the Greater Bay Area. It focuses on the technological frontier and practical industrial needs in the field of food and pharmaceutical detection and analysis, and conducts applied research and technical services centering on core directions including food and pharmaceutical quality and safety detection, innovative R&D of detection methods and research on bioanalytical technologies. Based on high-end instruments and equipment and supported by a professional technical team, the platform strives to build a comprehensive platform integrating authoritative detection services, technological R&D and innovation, and talent training. It not only provides accurate analytical and detection data support for government supervision and scientific research, but also solves practical problems such as quality detection and technological research for industrial development. It boosts the quality improvement and innovative development of the food and pharmaceutical industry, and offers solid scientific and technological support and professional services for food and pharmaceutical safety guarantee and high-quality industrial development in the Greater Bay Area.

III. Main Research Directions

Centering on the core demands of food and pharmaceutical detection and analysis as well as industrial technical services, the platform carries out technological R&D and service work in three key directions:

1. Research and Services on Food and Pharmaceutical Quality and Safety Detection Technologies.

Focusing on key detection indicators such as harmful substances, organic pollutants, pathogenic microorganisms, heavy metals and pesticide residues in food and pharmaceuticals, the platform provides accurate and efficient analytical testing services, offers authoritative quality detection data for the production, circulation and supervision links of food and pharmaceuticals, and ensures the quality and safety of food and pharmaceutical products.

2. Development and Technological Innovation of Detection Methods

In response to the new demands and indicators in the field of food and pharmaceutical detection, the platform conducts the R&D, optimization and verification of detection methods, with a focus on developing high-sensitivity and high-specificity mass spectrometry detection methods and rapid detection technologies, so as to drive the upgrading and innovation of food and pharmaceutical detection technologies.

3. Research on Bioanalytical and Omics Technologies

The platform carries out research and technical services in proteomics, metabolomics, cell analysis, bioinformatics analysis and other fields, provides full-process technical support from sample analysis to data interpretation for biopharmaceutical, functional food R&D and other related fields, and boosts the innovative R&D of the biopharmaceutical and big health industries.
