一、平台概况

深圳市大规模细胞培养技术和细胞资源库公共技术服务平台依托深圳职业技术大学食品药品学院，于2013年经深圳市科技创新委员会批准正式设立，是聚焦细胞与基因技术领域、集研发、生产、存储、质控于一体的综合性公共服务平台。平台建有分子生物、细胞传代、细胞库、大规模细胞培养、蛋白质纯化、生物检测等专业实验室，配备 40L/14L 细胞生物反应器、制备型高压液相、层析系统、气液质谱等一批中试研发与检测设备，具备细胞规模化培养、质量检定、工艺开发及对外技术服务的完备条件，为细胞产业技术创新与成果转化提供坚实支撑。

二、平台定位

平台紧扣国家生物医药产业创新发展战略，对标粤港澳大湾区细胞与基因治疗产业高质量发展需求，以中小试细胞规模化培养工艺开发、细胞库资源共享及技术服务为核心，聚焦细胞产业关键技术攻关与规模化应用转化，致力于打造开放共享、产学研协同的公共技术枢纽平台。平台面向深圳及大湾区生物产业单位开放服务，通过技术开发、检测服务、人才培养协同发力，强化区域生物医药核心竞争力，助力细胞与基因治疗产业高质量发展。

三、主要研究方向

实验室围绕细胞与基因技术全产业链需求，聚焦三大方向开展研究与技术服务，为生物医药产业创新发展提供全链条支撑：

1、细胞规模化培养工艺开发与技术服务：开展悬浮培养、篮式培养、反应器工艺优化等技术研究，提供细胞株供应、三级种子库构建、传代检定、生物活性检测及相关技术培训，支撑企业从研发到中试的标准化转化。

2、细胞质量控制与检测技术研究：依据国际与国家标准开展细胞遗传稳定性、生物检定、理化性质检验等研究，构建完善的质量评价体系，为细胞治疗产品研发与生产提供权威检测保障。

3、产学研协同与产业技术支撑服务：搭建开放共享公共平台，开展技术委托开发、合作开发及信息共享服务，联合企事业单位推进标准制定与成果转化，培养技术技能型人才，赋能生物医药产业集群发展。

I. Platform Overview

In 2013, Shenzhen Public Technology Service Platform for Large-Scale Cell Culture Technology and Cell Resource Bank, relying on the School of Food and Pharmaceutical Engineering of Shenzhen Polytechnic University, was officially established with the approval of the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission. It is a comprehensive public service platform focusing on the field of cell and gene technology, integrating research and development, production, storage, and quality control.

The platform is equipped with specialized laboratories including molecular biology laboratory, cell passage laboratory, cell bank, large-scale cell culture laboratory, protein purification laboratory, and biological detection laboratory. It is furnished with a suite of pilot-scale R&D and testing instruments such as 40L/14L cell bioreactors, preparative high-performance liquid chromatography, chromatography systems, and gas-liquid mass spectrometry. With complete capabilities in large-scale cell culture, quality verification, process development and external technical services, the platform provides solid support for technological innovation and achievement transformation in the cell industry.

II. Platform Orientation

In line with the national strategy for innovation and development of the biomedical industry, and benchmarking the high-quality development demands of the cell and gene therapy industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the platform centers on pilot-scale large-scale cell culture process development, cell bank resource sharing and technical services. It focuses on key technological breakthroughs and large-scale application transformation in the cell industry, striving to build an open and shared public technology hub platform featuring industry-university-research collaboration.

The platform provides open services to biological industrial entities in Shenzhen and the Greater Bay Area. Through coordinated efforts in technology development, testing services and talent cultivation, it strengthens the regional core competitiveness in biomedicine and boosts the high-quality development of the cell and gene therapy industry.

III. Main Research Directions

Centering on the demands of the whole industrial chain of cell and gene technology, the platform conducts research and technical services in three major directions, providing full-chain support for the innovative development of the biomedical industry:

Development of Large-Scale Cell Culture Processes and Technical ServicesIt conducts research on suspension culture, basket culture, bioreactor process optimization and other technologies, provides cell line supply, construction of three-level seed banks, passage verification, bioactivity detection and related technical training, and supports the standardized transformation of enterprises from research and development to pilot-scale production.

Research on Cell Quality Control and Detection TechnologyIn accordance with international and national standards, it carries out research on cell genetic stability, biological verification, physical and chemical property testing, etc., and establishes a sound quality evaluation system, providing authoritative detection support for the R&D and production of cell therapy products.

Industry-University-Research Collaboration and Industrial Technical Support ServicesIt builds an open and shared public platform, provides entrusted technology development, cooperative development and information sharing services, collaborates with enterprises and public institutions to promote standard formulation and achievement transformation, cultivates technical and skilled talents, and empowers the development of the biomedical industrial cluster.
