深圳市发酵精制检测系统重点实验室

一、平台概况

深圳市发酵精制检测系统重点实验室以深圳职业技术大学食品药品学院为依托单位,1997年经深圳市科技创新委员会批准正式设立。平台科研硬件完备,配备全自动发酵罐、层析分离系统、高效液相色谱仪、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪等先进仪器设备,覆盖发酵工艺优化、分离纯化、分子生物学检测、药理药效研究等全技术环节,构建了生物活性分子高效绿色制备、功能开发及快速检测的完整研究体系,具备扎实的科研攻关与产业技术服务基础。

二、平台定位

实验室紧扣国家创新驱动发展战略,对标粤港澳大湾区生物医药与健康产业高质量发展要求,立足深圳、辐射区域,瞄准生物合成与生物活性分子精制领域的技术前沿和产业实际需求,聚焦生物活性物质制备、高效绿色精制、快速检测等核心方向开展应用基础研究和关键核心技术攻关。以高水平科研团队为支撑,以先进技术平台为保障,推动生物合成、发酵优化、分离纯化等技术的创新与产业化应用,为食品、医药、农业等领域的产业升级提供坚实的科技支撑和技术服务,助力深圳市“20+8” 产业集群建设,成为区域内发酵精制检测领域的创新研发中心、成果转化平台和人才培养基地。

三、主要研究方向

实验室围绕生物活性分子生物合成与发酵工艺优化、生物活性物质高效绿色精制与分离纯化、生物活性分子快速检测与药理药效研究三大核心方向开展基础与应用研究。以理论创新推动技术突破,重点研发发酵工艺优化技术、超临界萃取等绿色精制技术、高灵敏度快速检测技术,以及天然药物新剂型、生物农药等核心产品,攻克食品、医药、农业领域在生物活性分子开发利用中的技术瓶颈,为生物医药与健康、现代农业、食品工业等产业的高质量发展提供全方位的技术支撑、创新保障和产业化服务。

I. Platform Overview

In 1997, Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Fermentation Refining and Testing, relying on the School of Food and Pharmaceutical Engineering of Shenzhen Polytechnic, was officially established upon the approval of Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission. The laboratory is equipped with a comprehensive range of advanced scientific research hardware, including automatic fermenters, supercritical fluid extractors, high-performance liquid chromatographs, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometers and other sophisticated instruments and equipment. It covers the entire technical chain including fermentation process optimization, separation and purification, molecular biology detection, and pharmacodynamic and pharmacological research, and has constructed a complete research system for the efficient and green preparation, functional development and rapid detection of bioactive molecules, laying a solid foundation for scientific research and industrial technology services.

II. Platform Orientation

Aligning with the national innovation-driven development strategy and the high-quality development requirements of the biopharmaceutical and health industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the laboratory is rooted in Shenzhen and radiates to the surrounding regions. It focuses on the technological frontier and industrial practical demands in the fields of biosynthesis and bioactive molecule refinement, and conducts applied basic research and research on key core technologies centering on the core directions of bioactive substance preparation, efficient and green refinement, and rapid detection. Supported by a high-level scientific research team and an advanced technical platform, the laboratory promotes the innovation and industrial application of technologies such as biosynthesis, fermentation optimization and separation and purification. It provides solid scientific and technological support and technical services for the industrial upgrading of food, medicine, agriculture and other fields, contributes to the construction of Shenzhen's "20+8" industrial clusters, and strives to become a leading innovation and R&D center, achievement transformation platform and talent cultivation base in the field of fermentation, refinement and detection in the region.

III. Main Research Directions

The laboratory carries out basic and applied research focusing on three core directions: biosynthesis of bioactive molecules and fermentation process optimization, efficient and green refinement and separation/purification of bioactive substances, as well as rapid detection and pharmacodynamic & pharmacological research of bioactive molecules. Driven by theoretical innovation to achieve technological breakthroughs, it focuses on the R&D of core technologies including fermentation process optimization, green refinement technologies such as supercritical fluid extraction, and high-sensitivity rapid detection technologies, as well as core products such as new dosage forms of natural medicines and biological pesticides. The laboratory commits to overcoming technical bottlenecks in the development and utilization of bioactive molecules in the food, medicine and agricultural fields, and provides all-round technical support, innovation guarantee and industrialization services for the high-quality development of industries such as biopharmaceutical and health, modern agriculture and food industry.
